Most of our products are shipped within 2-3 working days from the date of payment. However in some cases it may 6-7 working days depending upon the order size and product.

We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers and depending upon where you live estimate a delay of 2-3 days. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. Queries? Return Policy

Buyer can return or exchange the product , if the product has reached in a damaged condition.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.For international orders, Unfortunately we are unable to take any returns at this time.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable. You will receive the refund after the approval. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
